All Things Beautiful...Through My Kaleidoscope

Welcome to my page of reflections on the mandala art of Henry Reed. Long ago, I envisioned my writing as viewing life through my looking glass…my kaleidoscope. I love the way the picture changes, with each turn of the scope. Yet, it’s always unique and beautiful. After long enjoying Henry’s mandalas in my daily email, I discovered that, beyond looking at the artwork, I was feeling prompted to write words from my heart regarding what was going on in my life. I began my own daily affirmations, or reflections…and posting them here, beginning in August 2009. ~ Nov. 13, 2011, Henry completed his 7th year -- 2,556 mandala paintings -- thus completing a circle. A new one begins. Hope you'll tune in to watch what develops in this blog space of Henry Reed, SusanGail and ATB ~ It's a journey of intuitive heart.

The Daily Mandala: September 18, 2005


A new day of healing begins in my garden of dreams.
 Sweet fragrance hums a lavender tune floating dusky memories...
whisper-light feathers landing softly in my heart. 
They carry be back to the infinite future 
of possibilities to come. I bask in the light of dawn,
awakening to start with clarity, this amazing journey that I'm on.

Circles in squares, encircling squares in circles, layering the scaffolding of my life. The pattern is quirky, intricate, infinite. Within this amazing complexity exists a compelling diversity, painting dots of color that mesh in a design of splendid synchronicity. ~ ATB ~

My magic carpet of dreams carries me to my sacred soul space. Aloft I fly, to mingle with creative spirit and all the possibilities to discover there. It's fun to visit this place. Each night offers my heart a glimpse of healing grace. The medicine in my dreams empowers me.Tuning into my dreams brings me joy of purpose. I love my magic carpet ride, with nighttime travels guiding me through waking hours of synchronicity . ~ ATB ~
